Agent RC is Role-Based

Agent RC supports your entire organization with Role-Based functionality.  Each Role is provided with their own view of data, information, content and tools within the system.  Your agency administrator controls how each Role interacts with all the others.

   
Master Agency Admin - Agency administrator who controls entire portal and access rights for all other roles. 
 
Agency Support Staff - Has support and admin functions within portal.  Can author and deploy content, information and tools.  Can manage all agents and support applications within portal.
Primary Agent - Receives view of data and information specific to their own travel business.  Views content and information as authored by agency support staff.  Can view reports and data on any of their sub agents.
Sub Agent - Receives view of data and information specific to their own travel business.  Views content and information as authored by agency support staff.  Can view reports and data based on configuration set by their Primary Agent.
Vendor Supplier - If agency permits, can distribute content and information within portal.  Can communicate with agents and host online webinars and meetings.
